Event info 2025
Registration
The event center is located at Ravintola Veljekset, Taasjärventie 1 01150 Söderkulla. Sign up and registration takes place on the terrace of Restaurant Veljekset. Sign up must be completed at least half an hour before your start time.
Late registration is possible up to an hour before your start time. Late registration can be paid using Mobilepay, card, or cash (please bring exact change). Unfortunately, late registration cannot be paid using sports benefits.
Parking
Parking is available in the green areas marked on the map. Note that the eastern end of Söderkullan Koulutie is closed to traffic during the event. Access to parking is from the west end of Söderkullan koulutie or via Neiti Miilin tie.
Important: Do not park in the parking lot of Restaurant Veljesten, as it is reserved for restaurant customers.
Shower and Meals
Changing rooms with shower facilities are available before and after the ride at Söderkulla school, as indicated on the map. The changing rooms are not guarded.
Meals are provided on the terrace of Restaurant Veljesten from 13:00-18:00. You will receive a meal ticket upon registration.
Categories and racing 2025
Finnish Gravel Championships are organized with Dirty Sipoon on 2.8.2025.
Finnish Championships are ridden on 100 and 150 kilometer routes. Open race category is also organized on the same routes for those who are not eligible or willing to participate in the Finnish Championships.

Finnish Champs Men: Elite, U23, M40
Finnish Champs Women: Elite, U23
Open race men & women
Hobby
100km:
Finnish Champs Men: U19, M50, M60, M70
Finnish Champs Women: U19, M40, M50, M60

License and insurance
Insurance
All participants are covered for accidents by an incuranse from behalf of the organizer.
However, we do recommend for every participant to have a personal insurance. You can get a fitting insurance for example from Suomisport when acquiring the license.
License Requirements
All national championships (Elite and age categories) require a license.
You can purchase the license from Suomisport. If you are not part of a cycling club under Finnish Cycling Federation (Suomen Pyöräily) and/or you don't have a racing license, you have the option to participate in the national championships if you are a Finnish citizen and by acquiring a hobby license, Fillaripassi.
You can also participate in the hobby category on all routes and the open race categories on 100 and 150km routes without a license.
